Yoga Sangha was founded by 7 instructors after the passing of the original owner of Yoga Yama, Peg. Their mission was to continue creating a welcoming yoga community. This year Jimmy and Renee Lennon and Danielle Sicari are continuing the legacy and are preserving the beautiful studio space.

Yoga nidra, or psychic sleep, is a guided relaxation that is the best antidote to depression, anxiety, and negativity. It provides the body with space to create homeostasis and support overall healing. This
class will begin with gentle movement and breathing exercises to
prepare the body for yoga nidra. Singing bowls will be played to
enhance the healing process at the end of the meditation.

Join us for a fun and engaging yoga experience designed especially for preschoolers! Lou Ann Roche brings her passion and expertise to every class, incorporating yoga, mindfulness, art, music, and movement to spark joy and creativity in young children.
About Lou Ann:
-Certified in the Yoga Rocks Kids Program
-Retired elementary school teacher with 32 years of experience
-Taught children ages 3–10 in both school and studio settings
-Brought yoga and mindfulness to students in the South Country and Patchogue-Medford school districts
-Currently leads early childhood programs at the Middle Country Public Library
This is a wonderful opportunity for your little one to stretch, breathe, and have fun in a supportive and creative environment!
No prior yoga experience needed
